TDC Cares
TDC SYSTEMS INTEGRATION CARES | CORPORATE GIVING
Since 1999, TDC Systems Integration CEO, Antonio Dozier has extended his support to area non-profit groups, youth organizations, and higher education institutions. The company is devoted to doing its part to help empower disadvantaged adults and youth and those in need of financial support for education or community based programs.
Personal Pledge
Growing up in rural South Carolina, Dozier personally experienced and witnessed many social disadvantages in his community such as a lack of quality jobs, education, and housing. Now, as a successful entrepreneur, he has personally pledged his company’s support of worthy causes. Realizing that he can take steps to help the disadvantaged and the agencies that support them, Dozier has positioned his company to partner with various national and community based organizations. Our company has placed special emphasis on supporting agencies that empower minorities in the areas of education, life skills and job training.
Dedicated Community Partner
TDC Systems Integration (TDCSI) supports various programs that empower metro Atlanta residents to obtain quality jobs, education, and special skills. One example of the company’s commitment to giving back to the community is through its alliance with the City of Atlanta Workforce Development Agency (AWDA). It is focused on serving disadvantaged residents who are under or unemployed, unskilled in trade jobs and who need job placement assistance.
In 2007, TDC Systems Integration hired seven young adults as summer interns. The group of paid interns worked in various areas of the company including marketing, DOT, accounting, and business administration. As a systems integration leader with nearly 90 employees, TDC is a step ahead of other small businesses by employing nearly 10 college students for the summer.
